Hey, I'm Jacquii Kennedy, founder of Journey by Imagination. I am a mixed media artist and enjoy a wide variety of varying styles of art, techniques, and mediums etc, with some of my favorites being mixed media collage, upcycled wearable art, handmade jewellery and pottery.  

I love that every day presents as a brand new journey of some sort, and an opportunity to create unique pieces of art that can inspire peoples lives, whether this be through their own personal journey, their family and children, or to help people have new hopes, dreams and inspirations. As mentioned, I love to use a wide variety of techniques, styles and products, and I love to work in many layers whilst creating my art pieces, as I feel this is a constant reminder to us of the many layers that occur in our everyday existence, that we're sometimes just too busy to notice, and especially of the beautiful picture these layers result in at the end of each day for us to ponder on. All the prints on any of the products throughout my website are all from my original art work.

My wearable art collection is mostly from upcycled items, ready to go onto their new owners, and live their next best new life. I love to repurpose items and objects, to help save our planet and save from landfill. Also I hope it encourages people to re-invent and re-purpose different items, clothes and objects that are around in their lives, and that would otherwise end up in landfill.

So on that note, I look forward, with much love and positivity, to bringing my journeys and art pieces, by imagination and inspiration, to you.
